PLEASE READ ALL RULES AND INFORMATION AS THERE ARE CHANGES FOR THIS YEAR
This is a private event for members and participants ONLY. It is closed to the public.
All covid requirements by the state of Louisiana at the time of the event will apply.

Thursday June 24: Shrimp Boil Social 7:00pm- until. Bring your own drinks and we will have the music and food.

                                 Cornhole Tournament - Registration begins @ 6:00pm, Bags fly @ 7:00pm.  Entry fee $40.  Click here for more information.

Friday June 26: Registration 2:00pm- 8:00pm- If you cannot make it during those times, email us your signed release forms and call us when you make it on the island.

Saturday June 26: Weigh-In:   Offshore Starts at 1:00 pm-4:00pm
                                                    Inshore Starts at 2:00 pm-4:00pm
                    You must be in line by 4:00 or you will NOT be able to weigh your fish.
 
CATEGORIES:
 
Inshore Guided Division:

• Heaviest Spotted Seatrout (Spec) State laws apply
• Heaviest Red Drum (redfish) 16”-27” CANNOT BE A BULLRED by Louisiana Law, State Law applies
• Heaviest Stringer 3 Spotted Seatrout, and 1 Red Drum, state laws apply and Red Drum cannot be a bullred by state definition.

 
Inshore Unguided Division:

• Heaviest Spotted Seatrout (Spec) State laws apply
• Heaviest Red Drum (redfish) 16”-27” CANNOT BE A BULLRED by Louisiana Law, State Law applies
• Heaviest Stringer 3 Spotted Seatrout, and 1 Red Drum, state laws apply and Red Drum cannot be a bullred by state definition.

 
Offshore Division:

• Heaviest Red Snapper- If Red Snapper is in season, we will accept them. IF NOT the category will be Mangrove Snapper.
• Heaviest Cobia (Lemon Fish)
• Heaviest Yellowfin Tuna

 
Broken Rod: This will be chosen by a team that did not turn in a fish during the tournament. It will be a random draw.
 
ALL: Events pertaining to the fishing rodeo will be held at the Jefferson Parish Tarpon Rodeo Pavilion. It is directly behind the Sand Dollar Marina.

Sponsorships:
Gold $2000- includes 2 fishing teams-Company logo or name on the trophies as well as banner
Silver $1200 - SOLD OUT - Includes 1 fishing team- Company Logo or name on the give away bags and name on banner. You can also supply merchandise to put inside of the bag.
Bronze $800- SOLD OUT - includes 1 fishing team and 1 cook spot. If you are bringing a large trailer please let Robin Banta know
Fishing Team $500
 
Raffle Tickets are available for $5 each
 
Operator Sponsorship:
    This sponsorship is reserved for Operators Only (Pipeline, Production, Drilling, Etc)

All sponsorships are a first come first serve basis, however if you have been a sponsor in the past you will have first right of refusal for your sponsorship.
