Our keynote speaker will be Robert Gibbs of Gibbs Planning Group. We will have a session showcasing recent success stories from Michigan-based developers along with a panel discussion featuring experts from every field necessary to take the development from dream to reality. Also scheduled to speak is Senator Wayne Schmidt, a driver in reinstating the Historic Preservation Tax Credit.
