We will review insights into the biggest overhaul of the US tax law in over three decades.

Paul Longsdorf
Redpath and Company

Paul Longsdorf is a Partner and Client Manager at Redpath and Company. Paul works extensively with closely held businesses in the areas of construction, real estate, manufacturing, and distribution. Paul specializes in corporate, partnership, and individual tax planning, as well as consulting on both national and international levels. He works with contractors and developers, focusing on tax-efficient entity structuring, banking relationships, and surety relationships. Paul is a member of the Twin Cities Chapter of the Construction Financial Management Association where he was appointed President for 2015-16. Paul also served on the Board of Directors of the Minnesota Subcontractors Association and is a member of the Associated General Contractors of Minnesota, the Associated Building Contractors and Minnesota Surety Association. Paul has been with Redpath for 24 years.


Alex Helkamp
Redpath and Company
Alex is a senior manager in the business tax service area at Redpath and Company. He assists clients with business tax planning and accounting services and works with a variety of companies in the construction, manufacturing, and distribution industries.  He is an active member of the Construction, Real Estate and Engineering Practice Team and has been with Redpath and Company since 2011.

 
 
Cancellation Policy

* A full refund will be processed if written cancellation is received by 5pm three business days prior to event.
* A partial refund, less a $25 fee per participant (this fee covers food already purchased and processing fee), will be processed if a written cancellation is received by 5pm two business days prior to event
* No refunds will processed after 5pm two days prior to event; however, substitutes will always be accepted
* If you are a no-show; registration fee is non-refundable
