OVERVIEW
A marketing workshop and panel discussion designed to help you reach next-level sales results.

What do you think when you think about marketing? For many owner-operators and executives, the word marketing translates into “the dark hole where we throw money and hope for results”. It doesn't have to be that way.

Join us for an interactive session that will help you redefine the role of marketing in your business, and learn how to build a scalable marketing program that generates measurable and sustainable sales growth. In this session, you will:
  • Explore opportunities to differentiate through customer-focused messaging;
  • Learn how to build an actionable, flexible, and measurable marketing plan and budget;
  • Understand the role of business development in proactively building sales pipeline;
  • Gain insight into how digital marketing can boost your brand and build buyer interest;
  • Come away with tools and tactics that you can use tomorrow to start driving results.

Ryan Ruud, Founder of Lake One Digital
We create momentum for changemakers and risk takers. We give our partners a leg up. Our modern marketing manifesto shows how to drive demand, grow revenue and scale operations.  Together, we create momentum and deliver profits to shareholders without forgoing concern for people, environment or the future.

Tony Biel, Founder of Criterion Business Development
Tony Biel brings 15 years experience building and turning around sales teams and has interviewed hundreds of Entrepreneurs and CEOs. As a result, he's heard too many generic definitions of "Our Target Market is..." which consistently will point their salespeople in vague directions.
Then, as the sales teams grew, these same leaders didn't understand why it became harder to sustain growth, feel the same excitement about their new clients and see the similar profits of their earlier years.
The trouble with Target Market definitions is not only do they sound like their competitors, they're also missing the details of how to identify A-List Prospects.
As a result, Criterion Business Development was formed. We are a Lead-Sharing Marketplace resulting in more “A-List Clients” for businesses building their sales team or modifying their approach to growth.
