Cancellation Policy

* Cancellations must be received in writing via email (Events@msamn.com), fax (763.413.1131), or mail (1123 Glenwood Avenue, Suite 100, Mpls., MN 55405)
* A full refund will be processed if written cancellation is received by 5pm three business days prior to event.
* A partial refund, less a $25 fee per participant (this fee covers food already purchased and processing fee), will be processed if a written cancellation is received by 5pm two business days prior to event
* No refunds will processed after 5pm two days prior to event; however, substitutes will always be accepted
* If you are a no-show; registration fee is non-refundable
