Come out and learn more about the recent retainage reforms passed into law during the last legislation session. MSA Chapter Attorney, Jason Tarasek, and MSA Lobbyist, Nick McNeely, will lead the way with an open discussion regarding all the recent changes, what these changes mean, and how they impact your company.
These retainage reforms will help subcontractors grow their businesses with improved cash flow, greater transparency in payment, and actionable recourse.
The MSA wants to thank the many subcontractors, legal experts, government affairs committee, our coalition, and Senator Rarick, Senator Pratt, and Representative Mahoney who worked to establish a retainage payment date in Minnesota.
Also, this will be a celebration of our efforts at the Capitol in 2019! After the education session invite you to stay for a cash bar happy hour, networking, and casual conversation!
We look forward to seeing everyone there.
*Note: Please register in advance so MSA can plan accordingly, thank you!
