Announcing the 3rd Annual New Mexico Water Conference, sponsored by the New Mexico Involvement Committee of the Rocky Mountain Section of the American Water Works (RMSAWWA) and the Rocky Mountain Water Environment Association (RMWEA). Abstracts are being accepted until midnight MST January 31, 2017, and can be submitted by clicking on the abstract submission tab above. Abstracts are limited to 300 words. All accepted presenters are required to register and pay to attend the workshop. Students may submit abstracts for the poster presentation, and a reduced student registration rate is available.

The Conference will provide an excellent venue for a wide range of academics, industry professionals, operators, and students to exchange the latest in research, design, and operation of New Mexico’s water infrastructure. The Conference promises to cover all aspects of water on a variety of topics including but not limited to:

Water Supply Development	Source Water Protection
Wastewater Collection Systems	Water Reuse
Water Treatment	Asset Management
Water Conservation	Backflow Prevention & Cross Connection Control

Conference Sponsors receive many benefits for their financial support, including recognition in our conference program and complimentary registration.

$1000 - Gold Sponsors receive acknowledgement at all conference functions, on all printed materials, and a company banner display area. Two registrations are included, as well as an exhibitor table.

$700 - Silver Sponsors receive acknowledgement at all conference functions and on some printed materials. One registration is included, as well as an exhibitor table.

$300 - Bronze Sponsors receive acknowledgement in the conference program. Exhibitor table is not included.

Exhibitor spaces are 8' x 10' with one 6' table and two chairs provided.

EXHIBIT SET UP AND TEAR DOWN
Exhibit setup is available Wednesday, April 19, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM, and Thursday, April 20, from 6:00 to 8:00 AM.
Exhibit Tear Down is from 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM on April 21. We prefer you tear down after 3:30 PM on Friday, as technical sessions will conclude at that time. NO TEAR DOWN WILL BE PERMITTED BEFORE 1:00 PM as lunch will be served in the Exhibit Hall. IF YOU CHOOSE TO TEAR DOWN BETWEEN 1:00 AND 3:30 PM on Friday, April 21, PLEASE BE COURTEOUS AND BE AS QUIET AS POSSIBLE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PARTICIPANTS IN THE NEXT ROOM.
