There is a wealth of highly probative evidence at our fingertips in today's technological world, but its novelty sometimes remains an impediment to its full acceptance. Join SDFLBA as we present James A. Dooley who will describe the trends in law that have paved the way for widespread use of this kind of evidence. He will also suggest an approach to using it in a hypothetical family law matter. This CLE qualifies for 1.0 general MCLE.
