Topic: Understanding 1031 Exchanges

Navigated the right way, 1031 exchanges can provide substantial tax benefits. This presentation is designed to provide you with an overview of the 1031 exchange process, rules and benefits as well as how a Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) can facilitate transacting 1031 exchanges for certain types of properties. It will also cover the current real estate market environment. Chris Yost of Cantor Fitzgerald will lead the discussion and address questions on 1031 exchanges.

• Learn about Delaware Statutory Trusts and how they can be used to facilitate 1031 Exchanges

Chris brings over 21 years of experience in the financial services and the alternative investment industry, and works directly with registered representatives and investment advisors.
