Nail It In November - Your End of Year Conversation, Sorted
11/20/2019
6:00 PM - 8:30 PM
Would you like to have a more meaningful appraisal meeting? Have you struggled to process constructive feedback? Do you want to put yourself forward for promotion, but aren’t sure how to approach it?  This event will offer practical and tangible advice for getting the most out of your end-of-year review or appraisal conversation.

Our speaker for the evening is Carolyn Cresswell, Co-Founder of The Hustle House, a business set up earlier in 2019, with a purpose to drive business success by focusing on the power of people. Caroline has been helping organisations all over the world invest in their employees at both a strategic and practical level in Talent, HR and Learning & Development roles over the past 18 years - perfectly poised to lead our event.

We’ll be covering:
  • How to get the most out of your conversation with your manager
  • How to respond to difficult feedback
  • How to put yourself forward for promotion or ask for a pay rise
The evening provides the perfect opportunity to get 1-2-1 guidance on anything particular you are focusing on, or finding difficult, in your review preparation. Carolyn will be available for an  express 'Conversation Clinic' towards the end of the evening, so come prepared!

More about our Guest Speaker....
Earlier this year Carolyn co-founded The Hustle House with Fiona Allen, focusing on putting the people agenda at the heart of business. With a specific passion for developing leaders and managers, she brings a fresh combination of humour, energy and common sense to even the toughest of situations. Carolyn is a qualified coach and accredited Strengths Deployment Inventory (SDI) practitioner, and when she’s not hustling, sings with the City of London Choir, wards off back pain with regular Pilates and tries to cook something new every week.
