The community is invited to support the excellence of our local youth in the visual and performing arts, service, and oratory. Join us for "It's a New Day: A Celebration of the Black Arts Movement 1965-1975" Youth Service Awards and Youth Oratorical Contest.
This event is FREE and open to the public. Refreshments will be served.
