BOMA Day is a committee-led event supported by member volunteers. At the first meeting, the tri-chairs will review the event structure, planning timeline, and committee responsibilities.
 

BOMA Fort Lauderdale/Palm Beaches values member volunteerism, and a portion of BOMA Day proceeds will benefit The Ron Macklin Scholarship Fund, supporting continued education for property management professionals in the commercial real estate industry.

Due to the planning and coordination involved, participation is limited to committee members who attended the first two planning meetings.

Schedule & Participation

  • Planning begins: January 22
  • Meetings: Every other Tuesday
  • Final committee meeting: March 31
  • April 15: Meet at SOPREMA to prepare materials and load the box truck
  • Event Day: Committee support is essential

Consistent participation helps ensure a well-organized and successful event.
Lunch will be provided during committee activities.

Committee members may also choose to participate in golf. Attendance at happy hour and dinner requires online registration and the applicable member fee. Golf registration, which includes lunch, golf, happy hour, and dinner, will be available once registration opens.
