On behalf of the Utah Optometric Association, we would like to invite you to join us at our UOA Annual Congress at the Grand Hyatt Deer Valley in Park City, UT from June 4-7, 2026.  We look forward to an outstanding mix of education, business, and exhibits, and we hope that you will join us.

Exhibit hours are scheduled on Friday, June 5, from 1:30 – 4 p.m. and on Saturday, June 6, from 2 – 4 p.m. Set up for your booth in the exhibit hall will be Friday, June 6, from 7 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. Space assignments will be based on POA’s Criterion for Booth Location which includes Business Partner membership, past Congress participation, date of receipt of registration, and requests for proximity to related companies.

Basic Booth Package: Cost will be $1,000 – $1,200 until April 1, after that the price will increase to $1,500, We have 8 by 4, 8 by 8, and 8 by 10 booths for the June UOA conference at the Grand Hyatt Deer Valley. This booth registration does not include electricity. Please see the information below to learn how to order electricity. This booth package includes 2 representatives, your company name on a sign at the booth, and a list of conference attendees sent a few days prior to the event. Please include a list of your attendees on your registration or email the list to the UOA at uoa@utaheyedoc.org. Lunch will not be included with your booth.

Golf: Would you like to sponsor a golf hole at the UOA golf tournament on Thursday, June 4? Please contact us at uoa@utayeyedoc.org if you're interested in sponsoring a golf hole at the tournament. Spots are limited.
