Join us in Atlanta as we celebrate a historic milestone — ACCA’s 40th Anniversary — at the National Training Institute! The theme for this milestone celebration is “Southern Roots, Compliance Is Power: Celebrating 40 Years of National Impact.” This year's NTI—held August 10–14, 2026, in Atlanta, Georgia—will mark four decades of shaping the national conversation around supplier diversity, inclusive procurement, and compliance leadership across transportation, aviation, public works, higher education, utilities, and major infrastructure sectors.

Established in 1986, ACCA is dedicated to ensuring equitable contracting and employment practices, as well as advancing minority, women, and disabled business programs in both the public and private sectors. Through education, training, and advocacy, we support a diverse membership that includes professionals in Contract Compliance, Small/Disadvantaged Business Programs, Labor Compliance, Economic Business Development, and Equal Opportunity. Our programs provide comprehensive training and direct access to leading experts across these disciplines.

NTI 2026 will be our most dynamic gathering yet. This milestone event will bring together public agencies, industry leaders, primes, subcontractors, and community partners from across the country. Together, we’ll reflect on our legacy and chart bold new pathways for the future of inclusive contracting.
