GLMA's 44th Annual Conference on LGBTQ+ Health
GLMA’s Annual Conference on LGBTQ+ Health is the premier scientific conference shaping the future of LGBTQ+ Health. Since its inception in 1981, the Annual Conference has brought together clinicians, researchers, academics, health administrators, policy experts, advocates, and LGBTQ+ health supporters to share innovative healthcare breakthroughs and interventions, as well as the latest research on LGBTQ+ health.
By uniting together in this moment, taking meaningful action, and driving progress, health professionals can break down barriers and create a healthcare system that truly serves and uplifts the diversity of our communities.
The conference will take place in Seattle, Washington on September 17–19, 2026.

Registration Policies
Discount Codes – If you have a discount code, enter it on the Contact Information page during registration.Speaker Registration – Selected speakers receive 50% off registration. If you register before selection notifications are released, you will be eligible for a 50% refund if selected. If a 50% discount does not make participation feasible, we encourage you to also submit a scholarship application.
Name and Payment Information – You are not required to provide your legal name for conference registration. If paying by card, the name associated with the card will be collected as part of the payment process.
GLMA Member Rate – To access the member registration rate, you must enter the email address associated with your GLMA membership. If you are not an active member, we encourage you to join before registering to receive discounted pricing and year-round member benefits.
Cancellation and Transfer Policy – Cancellations on or before July 31, 2026 are refundable minus a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations on or after August 1, 2026 are not eligible for refund.Registrations may be transferred to another individual. Email annualconference@glma.org to transfer a registration. The invoice will be updated to reflect the new registrant’s membership status.
Group or Proxy Registration – If registering a group, you will be able to register multiple attendees in one transaction. Before advancing to payment, select “Add Another Attendee to this Registration” to include additional participants.
