Registrations are fully transferable. Cancellation requests must be made in writing to kwallace@fldbia.org. There will be a $60 processing fee. There will be no refunds issued after May 25, 2026. As an alternative to cancellation, substitutions may be made. To make a substitution, complete this form. 

Don't forget to reserve a room. Single/Double occupancy rooms are available at a group rate of $249/night plus a resort fee of $27 per night and applicable taxes.  RESERVATION A limited number of rooms are available at the government per diem.
