Presentation/Demonstration Proposal for QAS 2026
The Quiet Adventures Symposium 2026 is in full planning mode and we are excited to be developing the roster of speakers and demonstrations.  To be considered for inclusion in the 2026 Quiet Adventures Symposium speakers' program or QAS demonstrations, we must receive your proposal by December 1, 2025. We have a limited number of rooms and spaces available for presentations/demonstrations and will make final selections for the 2026 program by December 31, 2025, although preliminary selection may be sooner.

Feel free to send us up to two proposal submissions for different topics. Remember that we are focused on quiet, non-motorized activities and learning, as well as environmental stewardship, inclusivity and bringing people into the outdoors, and safety. This year's theme is "Adventures for all". Presentations and demonstrations need not be tied directly to this year's theme but it is hiughly encouraged.

We also have the option for presenting a official QAS demonstration on a demonstration stage. Demonstrations can be longer or repeated during the day for best impact.

Each Invited Speaker or QAS Demonstrator is entitled to one complimentary booth and two passes to the event (one entry for you and one for a booth staffer or guest). We have speaker slots of 45 minutes, with a limited number of 60 minute slots. QAS Demonstrations must be a minimum of 45 minutes at our QAS demonstration stages. We will be working to improve the Demonstration Stage as a key activity center with enhanced audio.
