WPC21 Water for Life Event - August 15, 2021 - Clean Water Professionals of Kentucky & Tennessee

Thank you for your interest in hosting a booth at the 7th Annual Water for Life event on Sunday, August 15. 

The goal of the event is to promote the significance of water in our local community. Both children and adults will glean new understandings of our water system by tasting, touching, and experiencing all things water. Our booth volunteers are encouraged to bring educational material or provide a demonstration for school aged children or families.  The KY/TN Section AWWA and CWP-KT event volunteers will provide the following items to attendees: a bag to collect goodies, a small treat for participating, and a passport that encourages attendees to visit all of the booths.

Each booth will be provided with a 10 ft x 10 ft space, 8 ft long table, two chairs, and a table skirt/tablecloth.  Your booth can be located near electricity or a water source, but please indicate that, or any other special needs, during registration.
Booth set up will begin at 11 am, and tear down begins promptly at 4 pm.  Transportation will not be provided.  We will have volunteers to help unload/load your equipment and supplies.  As the event approaches, we will send out more details regarding loading/unloading areas, parking, and booth locations with a detailed map of the area.
