Abstract Submission Portal - 37th GLMA Annual Conference
GLMA is debuting a more
intuitive abstract submission portal
as we migrate to our new, user-friendly membership software system. We appreciate your patience during this time, as we iron out any issues and finalize design details!
Please use this new portal to submit your abstract to present at the 37th GLMA Annual Conference on LGBTQ Health.
*Prior to beginning the submission process, we ask that you review the
Guidelines for Submitting Abstracts.
These guidelines highlight expectations for abstracts, and include a description of the 2 types of abstracts that will be considered for the GLMA Annual Conference: workshop and original research sessions.*
Once you have read the guidelines and are ready to begin your submission, we highly recommend that you open up the

To start the submission process

This will take you to the first page of the submission portal. Once you submit your presenter information, you will receive an e-mail containing a
and instructions on how to access that submission at a later time. For those of you submitting
, the system will generate a unique passcode for each abstract you submit, so be sure to keep track of your passcodes.
Please Note: If you would like to submit multiple abstracts, you must complete a separate new submission for each one.
