GLMA: Health Professionals Advancing LGBTQ+ Equality



Please use this portal to submit your abstract to present at the 38th GLMA Annual Conference on LGBTQ Health.

*Prior to beginning the submission process, we ask that you review the Guidelines for Submitting Abstracts. These guidelines highlight expectations for abstracts, and include a description of the 2 types of abstracts that will be considered for the GLMA Annual Conference: workshop and original research sessions.*

Once you have read the guidelines and are ready to begin your submission, we highly recommend that you open up the Instructions & Tips document to help you navigate through the submission portal. 

To start the submission process, please click "Submit New Abstract" and then click "Continue without Logging In." This will take you to the first page of the submission portal. Once you submit your presenter information, you will receive an e-mail containing a unique passcode and instructions on how to access that submission at a later time. For those of you submitting multiple abstracts, the system will generate a unique passcode for each abstract you submit, so be sure to keep track of your passcodes.

Please Note: If you would like to submit multiple abstracts, you must complete a separate new submission for each one.

In order for your proposal to be complete, you must:
  1. Complete this online application (including information for EVERY presenter...do not include individuals who will not be presenting)
  2. Fill-out and attach completed Speaker Forms for each speaker (which include disclosing any relevant financial relations for EVERY presenter).
  3. Submit a CV/resume for each speaker.
  4. Attach a headshot for each speaker.
Completed proposals must be submitted by 11:59pm EST April 15, 2020.  The system will automatically shut down and abstracts not fully submitted by this time will not be accepted.
