Health professionals of all disciplines and specialties with 5 or more years in their profession.
Health professionals with less than 5 years in their profession.
Retired health professionals.
Health professionals with gross annual salaries under $75,000, demonstrated financial hardship, and/or membership in a historically-excluded community (including but not limited to BIPOC professionals, Intersex professionals, transgender and non-binary professionals, disabled professionals, and Indigenous and Two-Spirit professionals).
Individuals invested in LGBTQ+ health equity, but not directly involved in health professions.
Includes journalists, teachers, artists, finance professionals, and others.
