Description: Currently, conventional water and wastewater treatment flushes valuable resources down the drain and leaves harmful contaminants behind. Great Lakes ReNEW, one of the National Science Foundation's Regional Innovation Engines, is transforming waste into wealth for the Great Lakes Region through investments in use-inspired R&D, commercialization of innovations to market, and workforce development. This presentation will provide an overview of the initiative as well as upcoming ways to partner and engage for researchers, utilities, startups, and industry.
