His focus was industry engagement & analysis, supported bi-lateral trade agreements, supported Section 232 investigations, and advanced National Economic Security workstreams. His team was instrumental in supporting the Trump Administration's trade and economic agenda under the America First Trade Policy and Executive Orders to bolster foreign direct investment and supply chain resilience for critical and emerging technologies.
Prior to his government role, Alex had 20+ years of leadership across diverse industries as a U.S. Army veteran and former leader at companies including Pratt & Whitney and GKN Aerospace, and trusted advisor to airframe OEMs, supply chain leaders, and private equity.
