On behalf of the Central Section Executive Board, Happy New Year to the entire NJWEA community!  
 
 The Central Section Executive Board is pleased to announce that 2025’s first meeting will be held on Friday, January 24th at the Middlesex County Utilities Authority in Sayreville.  If meeting at one of New Jersey’s largest and most advanced facilities isn’t enough, Lisa Oberreiter, the facility Superintendent, will be presenting an overview of their operation. Its not to be missed!  Plus, we have a lot of regular business to addend to including the first reading of delegates for 2025.

 The Central Section has always supported our community through our membership’s tireless and selfless efforts, but we need help and are looking for future chairpersons for many of our committees, particularly:  Membership, Young Professionals, and Special Events.  These volunteer opportunities allow us to give back to the profession that has afforded all of us with such prestigious career choices and for an immeasurably important calling.  If you or anyone you know of is interested in being a larger part of the Central Section, please reach out to anyone on the Executive Board or come see us at our January meeting.
