Informational Programs

The Monterey Bay - Silicon Valley AEP Chapter invites members and non-members to our informational programs. We are always seeking topics or speakers for our seminars, workshops, speaker events, and brown-bag lunches. Upcoming events are announced on our calendar page, as details become available. Please contact our Co-Vice Presidents of Programs, at programs@aepmbsv.org if you are interested in speaking at a local program or have a suggested topic or if you have suggestions.

Social Events

The Monterey Bay - Silicon Valley AEP Chapter aims to create interesting and fun social events for our members. We always are open to suggestions for social events that may be of interest to our membership. If you have suggestions, please contact our Co-Vice Presidents of Programs, at programs@aepmbsv.org. CEQA Workshops

The California AEP sponsors a series of annual workshops across California about the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). AEP sponsors a CEQA Essentials Workshop across the state each fall to provide a basic understanding of the fundamentals of CEQA and the State Guidelines. The Advanced CEQA Workshop held each spring focuses on recent case law and best practices in CEQA. NEPA Essentials and Advanced NEPA workshops are also held. Workshops will qualify for AICP credits. Group and student discounts are offered.
