Event Description

We invite you to be a part of the third annual Our State Public House at the NC State Fair, October 17-27, sponsored by Our State Magazine. At the Public House, fair-goers will be able to purchase an inspiring array of craft beverages from across North Carolina! Want to be a part of this year's line-up? Submit your registration for one of this year's spots!

We've made some changes to the registration process this year. Please review the info packet below VERY carefully before submitting your registration.

By submitting this lottery registration, you acknowledge & agree to the following: 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
  • Public House registration is only open to current Guild members in good standing. Questions about your membership? Contact Lisa Parker.
  • We reserve the right to return any product that is damaged or unsalable.
  • Under the provisions of the Special One-Time permit unused + unopened product may be returned. The NCCBG reserves the right to return any unopened product at the end of the Fair for a full refund of wholesale price (if purchased.)
  • We may need to re-order additional product during the course of a 5-day session. If you or your wholesaler are unable to deliver, we reserve the right to put on another company’s product for the remainder of your sponsored session.
  • Cancellation Policy
    • Sponsorships are partially refundable under the following terms:
      • No refund after September 15, 2019
      • 50% refund until September 15, 2019
