Rafael A. Martinez, CTP is a Vice President in Atlantic Union Bank’s Commercial Banking division, a local, leading Non-Profit focused Bank.  Martinez has been providing financing and treasury management for non-profit organizations for 10 years and is an active member of the Northern Virginia Society of CPA’s.  Mr. Martinez is a Certified Treasury Professional, (CTP), which is a designation reflecting excellence in capital and risk management.  He is a graduate of George Mason University, a United States Army veteran, and currently serves on three (3) non-profit boards.
