Social Work Conference - Family Engagement: Keys to Positive & Goal-Oriented Relationships
3/11/2020 - 3/13/2020
10:00 AM - 2:00 PM EST

Event Description
The OHSAI Social Work Conference is taking place this week in Columbus.

Healthy individuals attending should exercise at least the same precautions they would in their daily work or out in public in their own communities.
  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 15-20 seconds. You may also want to bring along hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands.
  • People who are currently ill with fever/cough should not attend. Programs are welcome to send alternate participants for part or all of the event.
  • Be prepared with tissues – cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw it in the trash.

The Marriott Northwest is placing hand sanitizer in meeting rooms and at the front desk, and has added new sanitizer stations at the elevator landing and in the lobby. Hotel staff have implemented rigorous health and hand washing practices, and housekeeping staff are taking extra precautions to disinfect services including elevator buttons, door handles, and all items in sleeping rooms.

We are within the no cancellation window at this point. If someone is unable to attend due to illness, we will make arrangements to get the conference materials to them via other participants from their agency or we will ship when we get back to the office.
