2023 APA Executive Golf Outing

 Nemacolin Woodlands Resort - Mystic Rock

 Executive Golf Outing Platinum Naming Sponsor (Nemacolin) $8,000 - One (1) Available

You will be the overall naming sponsor for both tournaments.  Your company’s name will be on sponsorship signage, which will be prominently displayed at the tournament sign in area. You will also be listed on the APA website and all social media as the naming sponsor for the events. Hole sponsor sign with your company’s name placed near the first hole with tent accommodations available during both golf outings.  Your company will receive tournament entry for one 4-person team (includes executive), as well as breakfast, lunch, and happy hour during our executive Golf Outing on Tuesday, May 9thth, 2023 and dinner on Monday night, May 8th. A company representative will be given the option to assist with awarding golf prizes during both happy hours.
 

Giveaway Sponsor- $5,000 – One (1) Available

As the Giveaway Sponsor, your logo will be included on our APA golf tournament giveaway item that is provided to everyone who participates in the golf outing. Sponsor’s logo will be included on signage which will be displayed during check-in, tee off, and dinner. Your company will receive tournament entry for one 3-person team with an executive added to that team, breakfast, lunch, and happy Hour. It will also include dinner on Monday night, May 8thth.
 

Golf Cart Sponsor- $5,000 – One (1) Available 

As the Cart Sponsor, you can provide any marketing material for all the player’s carts. Also includes 1 (One) three-person team with an executive added to your team.  Cart Sponsor’s logo will be included on a sign displayed during check-in, tee off, and dinner.   Includes breakfast, lunch, and happy hour for the foursome. It will also include dinner on Monday night, May 8th.
 

Breakfast Sponsor- $5,000 - SOLD OUT

As breakfast Sponsor, your company logo will be displayed on signage during check-in and breakfast.  We also will have a tee box sign made with your company logo to be placed out on the course.    As well as one (1) three-person team with an executive added to your team. Includes breakfast, lunch, and happy hour for foursome It will also include dinner on Monday night, May 8th.
 

Lunch Sponsor- $5,000 - SOLD OUT

As Lunch Sponsor, your company logo will be displayed on signage during check-in and Lunch.  We also will have a tee box sign made with your company logo to be placed out on the course.    As well as one (1) three-person team with an executive added to your team. Includes breakfast, lunch, and happy hour for foursome. It will also include dinner on Monday night, May 8th.

 
 Happy Hour/Dinner Sponsor (Monday, May 8th)- $5,000 - One (1) Available
 
As the Happy Hour Sponsor, your company logo will be displayed on signage during check-in and Happy Hour/Dinner on Monday, May 8th before the outing. We also will have a tee box sign made with your company logo to be placed out on the course.    As well as one (1) three-person team with an executive added to your team. Includes breakfast, lunch, and happy hour for foursome. It will also include dinner on Monday night, May 8th.

 

Drink Cart Sponsor - $1,000 each – SOLD OUT

As the Drink Cart Sponsor, you get to sponsor one of the drink carts that go around the course. You can provide marketing material for the cart. Drink Sponsor’s logo will be included on signage which will be displayed during check-in, tee off, and lunch.   
 *Nemacolin Staff will handle the distribution and sale of all alcohol

 
 
 Trackman System Sponsor- $3,000 - One (1) Available
 
As the trackman System Tent Sponsor, you can host the Watch This! team at a tent on the course.  The trackman system will upload everyone's contact information as they come to the hole their swing speed, distance, and other metrics will be provided to them via the trackman website.  Following the event, you will receive all the stats to distribute to the participating individuals.  Your logo and company information will be present on the website for all individuals to view.   You can also host food* and beverages* at your tent.

 Tent Sponsor- $1,000 - Six (6) Available 

As a Tent Sponsor.  Your logo and company information will be on the website for all individuals to view. You can also host food* and beverages* at your tent.

Door Prize Sponsor- $500 – One (1) Available

As the Door Prize Sponsor your company will sponsor the tournament’s Door Prize. Your company logo will be included on all signage at registration and during dinner.

 

Skill Prize Sponsor- $500 – Six (6) Available

As Skill Prize Sponsor your company will be the sponsor for the tournament-sponsored skill activities- Longest Drive, Closest to the Pin, etc. Your logo will be included on signage on the course where each of those Skill holes are located. Our Logo will also be included on signage at registration and during dinner.


 
Executive Foursome - $2,000

One Team for the 2021 Executive APA Golf Outing.  You will supply three individuals to play on your foursome. The Appalachian Pipeliners association will provide one executive to add you your golf team unless you request to provide all four.    Your logo will be displayed on the course as well as on a sign at check-in. Your logo will be displayed on the course as well as on a sign at check in.

 

Birdie Sponsor - $500 - Unlimited

As a Birdie sponsorship will support our raffle giveaway. Your Company’s logo will be included on signage which will be displayed during check-in, tee off, and dinner. In addition, your company will be recognized when handing out prizes during dinner. 

 

Hole Sign Sponsor- $150 – Unlimited  

Your company logo will be on a sign on a hole on the golf course.
