Conference Registration is now closed.
Thank you for your interest in our Spring Legal & Legislative Conference on Friday, May 3rd, 2024. This event will once again be held at the Best Western Premier on Park Drive in Harrisburg. PLUS, we will be holding a Networking Happy Hour on Thursday evening from 5:30-7:30pm. The conference has been approved for 6 recertification credits by SHRM and HRCI.
Free chair massages will be offered the day of the conference. Please follow this link to book your massage.
Attendees wishing to book a room on Thursday evening can can use this link for booking online, or contact the hotel directly at 717-561-2800 and reference the PA State Council of HR Management room block. The group rate cannot be obtained through third party sites or through Best Western International.
Twenty-five (25) rooms have been contracted for the night of May 2, 2024. Rate for standard rooms is $119.95 + 11% occupancy tax, per room, per night. Rooms and group rate are valid until April 4, 2024 or until all contracted rooms are booked (whichever comes first). Guests are responsible for securing their own reservations. Guests are responsible for 100% of lodging room costs and incidentals of their booked rooms.

Thank you for your interest in attending the PA SHRM Legislative and Legal Conference. Please note that our preferred payment option is with credit card using PayPal. Checks can be accepted if your company requires invoicing and delayed payment. Invoices will be generated when registering. Registrations not paid within 7 days prior to the conference date will be canceled.
