BrewSmart: Technical Brewing is a one-day educational event designed for the people who keep breweries running. From brewers and cellar crew to QA staff, lab techs and more.
Hosted at the legendary Sierra Nevada Brewing Company in Asheville and presented by the NC Craft Brewers Guild, BrewSmart brings together North Carolina’s brewing professionals for a focused day of learning, technical development, and community building.
