Join us for a CEQA Legislative Update from AEP's lobbyist, Matt Klopfenstein of Summit Advocacy, LLC. The presentation will give an update on state legislative activity regarding CEQA, housing and land use, including high profile items like AB 130, SB 131, and AB 52, as well as the Legislature's major package of climate and clean energy bills this year. We will examine bills that passed and failed in 2025, as well as look at what's in store for 2026.
