The tournament promises a day filled with camaraderie, friendly competition, and Texas spring weather. Whether you're a seasoned golfer or just looking for a fun day on the course, this event has been re-designed for all skill levels!

Registration will open on Wednesday February 18th at 9:00 a.m. CST.  This event sells out every year, and we only have limited space for teams and sponsors.  Don't miss out on this incredible event!  

Please confirm your membership status as you must be a member in good standing to sign up.

Registration sells out QUICKLY, so we ask that you please be ready to register at 9:00 a.m. on February 18^th.  You do not need to log-in to register, just must use the email address on your Association membership profile.

NEW FOR 2026!!! We will be making the transition to playing in 8Somes for the event. Your 4 Man team will be playing alongside another 4 Man team at the same time. Making the PAH Golf Tournament the ultimate networking golf event. If your company registers TWO- 4 Man teams you may request for them to be paired in the same group.

Tournament Title Sponsor- $10,000 (1 Available)

• Tournament Title Sponsor for the Entire Pipeliners Tournament- shown as presenting sponsor
• Your logo will also be added on the PAH Golf website as the tournament sponsor for the event
• Company logo on the screens that will keep score.
• Tournament entry for Three (3) Four-person teams at Kingwood Courses (Island, Lake, Forest)

• As the tournament, your company’s name will be on sponsorship signage, which will be prominently displayed at the tournament sign in area and award ceremony.  
• You will also be listed on the PAH Golf website as the tournament sponsor for the event.
• Company logo on the screens that will keep score.
• Tournament entry for Two (2) Four-person golf teams on the Island, Lake or Forest Courses.  

• Logo to be displayed on every digital team photo taken on the Three – 360* Cameras (one on each course). The NEW photo opportunity will allow players to instantly download their team pictures making it much easier to share these photos on all social platforms, with your logo included!
• Tournament entry for one (1) four-person golf team on the Island, Lake or Forest Courses.

• This video recap package will feature your company's logo as the video sponsor and shared to our social media channels. It will be a full event recap with high end camera equipment as well as drone shots. If your company will be present at the event the video team will follow you around the event to highlight your involvement at the event. Logo to be displayed on the highlight video following the event.  This NEW video opportunity will be a memorable way to showcase your company!

• As the FlightScope Experience sponsor your company will be hosting the FlightScope Experience Sponsorship team at a tent on the course.  The FlightScope system will upload everyone's contact information as they come to the hole their swing speed, distance, and other metrics will be provided to them via the FlightScope website. 
• Following the event, you will receive all the stats to distribute to the participating individuals. 
• Your logo and company information will be present on the website for all individuals to view.
• You can also host food* and beverages* at your tent.
• *Alcoholic beverages must be purchased through Kingwood Country Club** non-alcoholic beverages can be provided by sponsor company.

• Company Logo will be included on every scoring tablet (one per course)
• Company logo on banners, rule sheets, and 110' TV Screen during kick off and awards ceremony.
• Tournament entry for one (1) four-person golf team on the Island, Lake or Forest Courses.  

• Logo to be displayed on pin flags (one sponsor per course)
• Sponsor allowed to keep the pin flags after the tournament
• Tournament entry for one (1) four-person golf teams to play on the course your company is sponsoring.

• Logo and company recognition on the post tournament award ceremony. 
• Tournament entry for one (1) four-person golf teams on the Island, Lake or Forest Courses.  

• As Happy Hour Sponsor your company would be one of the prime sponsors for the happy hour portion of the evening between golf and dinner. 
• Your logo would be included on signage at registration and during award dinner presentation and 110 TV Screen during kick off and awards ceremony. 
• Logo on cocktail Napkins at Bar
• You are welcome to provide marketing items at the bar
• Tournament Entry for one (1) four-person golf team on the Island, Lake or Forest Courses. 

• As the drink cart sponsor, you will be given a golf cart to drive around the course that you can stock with whatever beverages you would like as well as provide any marketing material for the cart.
  • *Alcoholic beverages must be purchased through Kingwood Country Club** non-alcoholic beverages can be provided by sponsor companies.
  • If you prefer to provide your own cart you must send a photo and description to Shelley Osborn or Kelly Nissenbaum for approval from Kingwood CC.

• As a on course tent sponsors you get the opportunity to provide a tent out on the golf course.  Provide snacks- hot or cold food (no trailer), make a cocktail*, play a game, giveaway prizes, your choice.

  • **All alcoholic beverages must come from Kingwood country club**
  • An order form will be distributed after you sign up to order any alcoholic beverages.

• As an On Course Cook Trailer sponsor, you get the opportunity to provide a tent out on the golf course with your cook trailer.  Provide hot onsite- cooked food, make a cocktail*, play a game, give away prizes, your choice.

  • **All alcoholic beverages must come from Kingwood country club**
  • An order form will be distributed after you sign up to order any alcoholic beverages.

• Set up a cook trailer food or Food Truck to Serve Hot Food- (based on location confirmed by PAH EF Committee) for the duration of the entire golf outing
• Hot Gourmet Food and Beverages provided - must be catered or cooked by sponsor
• Premier spot at the front of the outing (between the driving range and putting green)
• Chair will reach out to approve menu
• ***NEW for 2026, All Cook Trailer Sponsors will have ONE golf cart included with their registration to use throughout the day for networking***

• Set up a tent during registration from 7:00am-9:30am
• Prime location to greet all arriving players in the registration area
•  (Tent, Food & beverages/giveaways provided by sponsor)
• **All alcoholic beverages must come from Kingwood country club**
• An order form will be distributed after you sign up to order any alcoholic beverages. 

• As a Tiger Drive Tent Sponsor you get the opportunity to provide a tent out on the course and host the tiger drive contest at your hole.
• You and your team will help the PAH EF raise money for the scholarship fund by collecting money at your tent for the game.

• ***NEW for 2026, All Cook Trailer Sponsors will have ONE golf cart included with their registration to use throughout the day for networking***

• Sponsor the chick-fil-a cart that will be driving around the Kingwood Course- Assigned a course to deliver too.
• Ability to provide two individuals to drive the cart and hand out sandwiches to golfers
• Ability to provide signage on the cart
• recognition during check in when letting golfers know about the food option

• Logo displayed on signage in the raffle room.
