Thank you for your interest in supporting the programs and events of PA State Council of SHRM.  We are proud to offer you the opportunity to partner with us in support our signature educational events that contribute to moving the HR profession forward. All of these events bring in HR professionals from around the state and deliver outstanding learning, professional development, and networking opportunities. Your support allows PA SHRM to deliver programming, products, and services to the right people at the right time.

As an exhibitor or sponsor, your organization will receive recognition and booth space at any or all of the following events in front of a state-wide audience of leading HR professionals and volunteer leaders:

• Legal & Legislative Conference-Thursday, April 30, 2026-Penn Harris Hotel, Camp Hill
• Volunteer Conference-Friday, July 24, 2026-Wyndham, Gettysburg
• State PA SHRM Annual Conference – Thursday & Friday, September 10–11, 2026-!New Location!-Wyndham, Lancaster

Thank you for your support of PA SHRM. Please note that our preferred payment option is with credit card. Checks can be accepted if your company requires invoicing and delayed payment. Invoices will be generated when registering. Registrations not paid within 30 days and prior to the conference date will be canceled.

Cancelations made more than 30 days are eligible for a refund. Cancelations made within 30 days are not eligible for a refund.
