Alex Proctor is a Senior Asset Strategy Manager at Solstice Advanced Materials, where he drives critical investments that support the rapid growth of Solstice’s Electronics and Specialty Materials division, with responsibility for capital efficiency, strategic supply optimization, and connecting long-term business strategy to operational execution.
He joined Solstice after a 12-year career at Infineum, where he progressed through multiple leadership roles including Site Manager for Infineum’s North America R&D Center, Global Category Leader for Procurement, and Operations Business Unit Leader. His experience spans chemical manufacturing, HSSE leadership, global supply strategy, managing commercial relationships, and cross-functional operations.
Alex holds a B.E. in Chemical Engineering from The Cooper Union and currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the Chemists’ Club, continuing his involvement with the organization that began as a student member.
Pete Corle
Chief Commercial Officer, Solstice Advanced Materials
Pete Corle is the Chief Commercial Officer of Solstice Advanced Materials, where he leads global commercial strategy for a portfolio of sustainable, high-performance materials and next-generation refrigerant technologies. With more than 25 years of leadership experience in the specialty chemicals industry, Pete has built a strong track record of driving growth, leading large P&Ls, and transforming commercial organizations across global markets.
Before joining Solstice, Pete held senior commercial leadership roles at Dow, including North America Commercial Director for Performance Silicones, overseeing a $2B portfolio spanning construction, transportation, electrification, and consumer applications.
Pete holds an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and a B.S. in Marketing from Penn State University. He is also active in community leadership through the Midland Soccer Club’s Board of Directors.
Liliana Lourenço
Director of Asset Strategy, Solstice Advanced Materials
Liliana Lourenço is the Director of Asset Strategy for the Electronics and Specialty Materials business at Solstice Advanced Materials, where she leads long-term manufacturing strategy, asset optimization, and process-improvement initiatives across a global portfolio.
She previously held senior operational and technology roles at Honeywell and spent more than 11 years at Infineum across leadership positions in driveline technology, strategic component development, and manufacturing operations.
Passionate about advancing women in engineering, Liliana led the Women’s Employee Resource Group at Infineum, is active in the Solstice Women’s Network, and participates in Women in STEM outreach programs.
She holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a minor in Environmental Studies and Sustainability.
