Event Description

Inspiring Early Childhood Leadership: PACCA's Book Club Series

Please join other program leaders from across the state as we journey together to discover and discuss the eight strategies to ignite passion and transform program quality together during this virtual book club experience. The book we will be exploring, Inspiring Early Childhood Leadership: Eight Strategies to Ignite Passion and Transform Program Quality by Susan MacDonaldRuby Martin will act as a guide for this experience and opportunities for professional networking will be included.

This 8-week series will begin by taking a deep dive into creating and perfecting program’s collaborative vision statements. As the book club journey progresses, we will look at positive energy in practice and how that energy can inform all aspects of the early learning program, causing quality to improve and employees to feel empowered. This discovery will lead to stronger and more intentional coaching and professional development planning for participating in programs, as well as a new and exciting process for embracing change!

Act 48 and PA Key credits will be available to participants completing the series.
