Market your company at the Illinois Wastewater Professionals Conference (IWPC ‘26), the top event for Illinois wastewater professionals! We invite you to join us as an exhibitor and/or sponsor this March 30 - April 2, 2026. There are several opportunities to get your company’s name in front of customers both in the Exhibit Hall and through our conference app. IWPC provides a great way to market your products and/or services to wastewater decision makers. Check out the various levels of participation as an exhibitor and/or sponsor that are guaranteed to promote your company before, during and after the conference.
 

• Price for each booth is $650. After December 31, 2025, booth price increases to $750.
• Price for each exhibitor representative is $200. After December 31, 2025, price for each exhibitor representative increases to $225.
• Maximum four representatives per booth, unlimited number of booths based on availability. 

Exhibit hours are Tuesday, March 31, 9 a.m. - 6 p.m., and Wednesday, April 1, 8 a.m. - 11 a.m. Booth set up is Monday, March 30, 1 p.m. - 4 p.m., or Tuesday, March 31 prior to 8:30 a.m. Exhibitor Registration includes booth space and a listing in the conference app. See our Exhibitor Information page for more details.

Each representative also will receive an exhibitor pass, Tuesday lunch, and (2) Exhibitor Reception drink tickets.

You may add a sponsorship to your booth purchase for more exposure at IWPC 2026. Sponsorship opportunities range from $100 to $5,000. Please see our Sponsorship Page for more details.

• Name and email of each representative who will be attending
• Whether representatives will be attending the IWEA or IAWPCO Annual Banquets
• Company website address
• Description of your company's product or service
• Company logo in PNG (preferred) or JPEG format
