The Students and Young Professionals Committee has been established with the goals of encouraging new members pursuing a career or education in the water environment, ensure they attain information that is both current and relevant to their development, and offer them the opportunity to engage with the water community. Through participation, members receive:

The Committee also encourages young professionals to join the IWEA and take leadership roles with the overarching objective to make the Association more vibrant and dynamic. We provide opportunities to network with the peers and colleagues members will work with throughout their career.
