This YOUTH winter ONLINE session runs 11 weeks straight, November 30th to February 10th every Tuesday and/or Thursday 3:45-5:00pm. Classes are one hour workouts with an extra 15 minutes afterwards for questions/pointers. You will need an indoor rowing machine (aka erg) to participate. Tuesdays classes are different workouts each week and Thursdays are setup for individual coaching in addition to the day's workout. These classes are designed for rowers of varying intensitites (though not a learn to row class).
