New Illinois MS4 Permit Webinar - IWEA / AWPA

Dan Bounds, PE of Baxter & Woodman will be presenting the new and revised requirements of the Illinois EPA Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Permit from Illinois EPA. The permit was recently issued and will become effective on August 1, 2025. Communities will have 12 months to implement the new requirements, starting with an update of your local Stormwater Management Program Plan. Dan will present an overview of the new requirements for public education, facility inventory and stormwater inspections, construction site inspections, staff training, annual reporting and more. Some time will be available for questions and discussion with Dan on the next 5 years of MS4 Program implementation.
