Important Notes Exhibitors:
• Move-In: All booths must be fully set up by 4:00 PM on Monday.
• Networking: Join us for the Exhibit Hall Reception on Monday evening – a prime opportunity to connect with attendees in a relaxed setting.
• Teardown: To maintain a professional environment, move-out may not begin until the hall officially closes at 1:30 PM on Wednesday.

Your Full Registration includes:
• 3 days of expert-led workshops and sessions.
• Daily networking receptions (Monday - Wednesday).
• Full access to the Exhibit Hall.
Cancellation & Refund Schedule:
• Refund available (subject to a $100 processing fee). Up to August 5, 2026.
• After August 5, 2026: No refunds will be issued due to venue and event obligations.
