This isn’t just a conference; it’s a high-altitude networking hub where university administrators, industry leaders, and government agencies converge to solve the challenges of tomorrow. From UAS and avionics to safety and management, we are covering the entire flight line of collegiate aviation.
 

Fee Schedule:
$500 – Member - Full 3 Day Registration             
$400 – Speakers - Full 3 Day Registration        
$755 – Non-Member - Full 3 Day Registration         
$150 – Wednesday ONLY Pass
$250 – Graduate Student - Full 3 Day Registration     
$50 – Undergraduate Student Three Day Pass
$600 – Onsite - Full 3 Day Registration
   
Your Full Registration includes:
  •  3 days of expert-led workshops and sessions. 
  •  Daily networking receptions (Monday - Wednesday).
  •  Full access to the Exhibit Hall.​

​Cancellation & Refund Schedule:
  •  Refund available (subject to a $100 processing fee). Up to August 5, 2026.
  •  After August 5, 2026: No refunds will be issued due to venue and event obligations. ​
