Onboarding Setup

We offer a variety of website packages, ranging from a Template package to the higher-end Custom packages. MemberLeap is designed to be incorporated with our template or custom-built, mobile-friendly websites, so you can efficiently maintain your website content while also streamlining your daily administrative processes (membership, communication, events. etc.) in an all-in-one platform.

However, if you have an existing website and just want to link to a Member Portal, we can create Admin Portal and Member Portal webpages, which are designed to conform with your current website branding. It will provide both your Admins and members with access to various modules within the back-end of our software. Your logo at the top of the page will link to your existing website's home page, so your members can navigate back to your website's home page. Your webmaster will also be provided with system links, so our webpages can be linked to from your website.

You will also have access to our entire customer support team to assist with all of these tasks. Each includes different items within their offerings. Take a look at the following items below, and the adjacent tables, detailing what is included in each package.

Website Design or Portal Integration 

• Template - After finding a template that suits your needs, we will add your logo to the header and your contact info to the footer, and brand the site to match your logo and colors.
• Custom - Our design experts will work one-on-one with you to develop a professional website that is tailor-made to fit your organization’s specific needs.
• Event Navigation Bar - You can create multiple event webpages (general info landing page, call for proposals, presenters, sessions, sponsors, venue, etc.), and then redirect an event URL to the landing page. A secondary navigation bar will display on all event webpages with links to the other event webpages, including event or exhibitor registration. There is an additional cost for this feature based on your specific needs; however, it is included in the Custom Package.
• Admin/Member Portal - We will add your logo with a link to your home page and your contact information, and we will brand it to match your colors (i.e. members.domain.org).
• Member Only Template Website - This website provides an alternative to members logging directly into a Member Portal.
• Template Sub-Site - We will create a secondary website for your conference or foundation (i.e. conference.domain.org). 

Initial Loading of Content

We will populate your new website that we build for you with new content or migrate content from your existing site. We will train your team on how to populate the remaining pages, or we can provide you with a quote to do these remaining pages for you.

Web Hosting Package

All domain-based email accounts (name@domain.org) are available with web-based access or email forwarding. (Email hosting only included with packages where we build the website for you.)

• Basic - It accommodates most organization's needs - 8 GB of storage and 20 email accounts. 
• Enhanced - It is recommended if you need to store a large number of video and audio files  - 16 GB of storage and 40 email accounts.
• Enterprise - It provides even more storage - 32 GB of storage and 80 email accounts.
  

Member Data Conversion

The number of active member records is dependent on the total of records requiring unique usernames and passwords. If you have more than what is included in the package, you can either move up to another package or we can provide a quote for the additional member records. 

• Non-member records and email list records can be uploaded for an additional one-time minimal charge.  

Your current member data (limited to one file (CSV, XLS, or TXT) with one tab with up to 50 fields/columns) will be converted and loaded into your database. There is an extra setup cost for files with more than 50 fields wide, and this fee is determined after analyzing a sample of your data.  

Advanced MemberLeap Configuration

We will configure your account to meet your organization's specific needs (set up membership plans, add dynamic custom data fields, create welcome letter, geocode members, set up membership billing, create initiate invoice and payment records, etc.).

Payment Processing

MemberLeapPay is a secure, scalable payment solution built directly into our platform - streamlining payment operations, simplifying transaction management, and giving your organization the seamless tools to accept online payments and sustain financial health with ease.

Online Training Sessions

We offer an extensive online help system and provide ticket-based email and phone support, but to onboard your staff, our live online training sessions are very helpful in introducing platform features. These sessions will be recorded and placed in your File Archive for reference later. As needed, additional sessions can be purchased later through the ticket system. We also offer free New Admin Training for anyone who becomes a full Admin after your initial training.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Since SEO is a complex topic, an effective long-term optimization strategy can be time-intensive. (Only available on websites that we build for you, includes sub-sites.)

• Google Analytics - We will set up your new website with analytics as well as the initial search engine registration.  
• Basic SEO Service - This includes a simple click and click-through report as well as keywords and search phrases.
• Advanced SEO Analysis - We will provide a detailed monthly report of your search engine rankings with recommended strategies to improve your results.
