Your initial lease fees are based on the plan features you select and your total number of active records, meaning those with membership dues invoices or require login credentials. These fees cover web hosting, server space, database backups, system maintenance, and customer support.
You can pay your lease monthly or annually; however, annual plans include a discount.
Non-member, inactive, or lapsed records can be loaded into the system for a one-time cost but do not count toward your active record total.
