Website Hosting Package (Learn more)
The number of webpages allowed is determined by the web space offered in the website hosting package selected.  
  • Basic Package - It accommodates most organization's needs - 8 GB of storage and 20 POP mailboxes with email forwarding. 
  • Enhanced Package - It is recommended for organizations storing a large number of video and audio files and requiring additional POP mailboxes.

Member Data Conversion (Learn more)
The member records listed by package is dependent on the total of records requiring usernames and passwords.  Non-member records and email list records can be uploaded for an additional minimal charge.  

Your current member data (limited to one file (CSV, XLS, or TXT) with one tab with up to 50 fields/columns) will be converted and loaded into your database.  There is an extra setup cost for files with more than 50 fields wide, and this fee is determined after analyzing a sample of your data (range of $125-$250 based on complexity of the data).

MemberLeap Configuration
  • Default - MemberLeap will be set up with our basic default settings.
  • Advanced - We will set up MemberLeap's configurations (number of hours is dependent on the package) to meet your organization's specific needs (membership plans, custom member data fields, member directory, membership billing, merchant accounts, event registration, call for proposals, etc.).

Payment Processing (Learn more)
If your organization wants to offer online payments for new member dues, renewal dues, event registration fees, donations, and store purchases, you will need to have a credit card merchant account or PayPal account.  Please visit our Payment Processing webpage to see if your current provider is a supported gateway; if not, there will be an additional $375 initial setup cost to integrate with your provider.

Online Training Sessions
We offer an extensive online help system and provide ticket-based email and phone support, but to onboard your staff, an online training session is very helpful in introducing all the MemberLeap modules and their respective features to new clients.  These sessions will be recorded and placed in your File Archive for reference later.  As needed, additional sessions can be purchased later through the ticket system.

Google Analytics and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) 
Since SEO is a complex topic, an effective long-term optimization strategy can be time-intensive.  We can tailor this strategy to your organization's unique needs.
  • Google Analytics - We will setup your new website with analytics as well as the initial search engine registration.  
  • Basic SEO Service - This includes a simple click and click-through report as well as keywords and search phrases being used on each of your webpages. 
  • Advanced SEO Analysis - We will provide a detailed monthly report of your search engine rankings with recommended strategies to improve your results as well as an ongoing monthly search engine ranking report.

Optional QuickBooks Interface (Learn more)
MemberLeap can be set up as the primary point of entry for all transactions (member dues, renewals, event registration, store purchases, online learning costs, etc.).  By using the QuickBooks interface, it is simple to export these invoices and payments to QuickBooks by creating parallel transactions of equal amounts and dates in QuickBooks. This allows all entry to be done in MemberLeap, but the Client can still use QuickBooks for reporting and accounting purposes.  This interface also has a monthly synchronization fee of $25 per month, which is included in the Platinum MemberLeap fee.

It allows your members easy access to content powered by MemberLeap on iOS through iTunes and Android through Google Play.
  • Basic - It will be branded to your association's logo and colors.    
  • Advanced - It features custom graphics and is available for an extra setup cost.
Platinum MemberLeap Plan includes the extra $10 monthly fee to cover maintenance and customer support as well as basic upgrade requirements.  This monthly fee applies if another MemberLeap plan is selected.
